STOCKMANN logistics centre

At the end of 2010 and beginning of 2011, we successfully completed a package of works to relocate the Stockmann logistics centre with a total area of 11,000 m².

The works were complicated by the short lead times and continuous reception and shipment of goods from the warehouse. Despite this, we finished the job successfully.

The work included the construction of offices and auxiliary rooms with a total area of nearly 1,500 m², installation of a ventilation supply and exhaust and air conditioning system, a large amount of electrical installation work and the laying of low-voltage cable networks.

This Letter of Co-operation is issued to the Jartex construction company, which from December 2006 to February 2007 performed planning, construction and engineering works in the office premises of OMRON Electronics Ltd, on the sixth floor of the Severnoye Siyaniye (Northern Lights) business centre, address: ul. Pravdy 26.

All the works were promptly performed by Jartex with excellent management and the appropriate quality. We also have to mention the short reaction and performance time of Jartex concerning the extra working tasks that arose during the construction process.
