In 2018, Jartek LTD acquired a property complex in the Nizhny Novgorod Region JARTEK METALLIST LLC as a non-core production asset.

JARTEK METALLIST LLC (formerly Metalist OJSC) is the oldest Russian manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of high-quality bench fitting tools. Read more: jartekmetallist.ru.

The plans of the owner’s company management include modernization and/or partial diversification of production in order to fully load the enterprise’s production capacities and increase the financial efficiency of the asset.
