From October 2007 to May 2008, JARTEX construction company performed construction works that included groundwork and infrastructure for the installation of technological equipment (pressure vessels) on the premises of the plant of CCHBC Eurasia in Solntsevo, Moscow.

The construction works by JARTEX were difficult to perform due to the fact that they were performed on the area of the working enterprise. In spite of this, the planning and construction works were performed by JARTEX within the contractual terms and according to the required quality.

We would recommend JARTEX construction company as a reliable and responsible partner; we will therefore certainly consider JARTEX as a participant in tenders on planned construction projects for the CCHBC company.

We, KIA Motors Rus, had a contract with Jartex Construction Company at the end of November 2008 for the fit out works in the new KIA premises in the Silver City business centre.

The schedule of works was very short termed, as KIA had to move in no later than 11 January 2009. The situation was really complicated considering Christmas and the New Year holidays.

Therefore, Jartex showed itself to be a well organised, quick acting and professional company. All the fit out activities were completed according to the schedule of works with a high quality level. It is also important that Jartex made a number of additional works during the same time, which were over and above the main contract.

Another important issue is that Jartex properly organises the maintenance works during the warranty period, reacting quickly to all of our requests. It was also very nice of Jartex to help us make many little improvements and interior works.
