Golden Babylon Shopping and Entertainment Centre

The largest project we have implemented is the construction of the Golden Babylon shopping and entertainment centre on Prospect Mira in Moscow. With an area of nearly 350,000 m², it is the largest shopping centre in Europe within city limits. In two years, we installed more than 37,000 precast concrete elements manufactured according to advanced Finnish technology at 5 plants in Moscow and the Moscow Region. They include columns up to 18 metres long and weighing up to 27 tons.

Fit out

We, KIA Motors Rus, had a contract with Jartex Construction Company at the end of November 2008 for the fit out works in the new KIA premises in the Silver City business centre.

The schedule of works was very short termed, as KIA had to move in no later than 11 January 2009. The situation was really complicated considering Christmas and the New Year holidays.

Therefore, Jartex showed itself to be a well organised, quick acting and professional company. All the fit out activities were completed according to the schedule of works with a high quality level. It is also important that Jartex made a number of additional works during the same time, which were over and above the main contract.

Another important issue is that Jartex properly organises the maintenance works during the warranty period, reacting quickly to all of our requests. It was also very nice of Jartex to help us make many little improvements and interior works.
